The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellows Program is the

U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs' (ECA) flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs and business leaders from the Western Hemisphere.

The VCWA is currently recruiting organizations interested in hosting innovative, mid-career entrepreneurs and business leaders from 37 countries across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada through an in-person fellowship in summer 2022. YLAI Fellows will contribute to your organization during a month-long professional collaboration for 30 hours per week between June 13 - July 7, 2022.

The VCWA, in collaboration with IREX, is seeking companies, small and medium-sized businesses, start-ups, incubators, accelerators, non-profits, and community organizations across many industries that are passionate about cross-cultural idea exchange.
