About the Day
As global citizens, we must educate ourselves about the crisis in Ukraine beyond the headlines and media reports to develop a well-rounded understanding of this crisis and the real implications for the people and communities affected. As we learned from the events that unfolded last summer in Afghanistan, the crisis doesn't just end; people's lives continue to be impacted, and needs continue to exist.
Join us as we discuss the varying layers of the war in Ukraine and become better informed and positioned to provide support and promote awareness of the realities Ukrainians confront when the media coverage inevitably moves on.
