A Letter From James

After three years with us, the VCWA says farewell to a staple of our organization, James Gunger. As a Program Manager, James led our international visitor programs and played a crucial role in hosting youth participants from the Americas, Africa, Iraq, and around the world. James oversaw our organization’s transition to the virtual world this past spring and leaves a lasting legacy at the VCWA. We thank him for his professionalism, innovation, sense of humor, and commitment to citizen-diplomacy and wish him the best in his future endeavors!
