Is this conference for me?
The 2022 International Day of Peace is ideal for students, professionals, businesses, or individuals who are interested in furthering their understanding of the world, peace, and conflict.
My university/place of business are corporate sponsors, do I need to register with my school/work email?
Yes! To ensure that you are connected to the sponsor you must register using your promocode and work/school email. If you do not register for both you will not get a registration link.

I have never used ZOOM, how do I access the conference?
The 2022 International Day of Peace is designed with you in mind. If you’re new to ZOOM, we recommend visiting their website to learn the basics. To access the events, all you need to do is click the link and enter the password sent to you by the VCWA after you register. Still have questions? Contact the VCWA.
When will I get my ZOOM links to join each session?
The VCWA will you your ZOOM links via email leading up to the day of the event. Links will be sent on Monday, September 19th and again in the morning of the event.
I missed the registration deadline, how do I join?
To register after the registration deadline has passed, please contact the VCWA. Additional registration fees may apply. Late registration is not guaranteed for any event.
How does my company become a sponsor?

Why isn’t my registration going through?
Make sure you have completed all field boxes including ticket quantity, contact information, payment information, and name and email under each ticket.
What does a “hybrid” reception mean?
A hybrid reception combines a "live" in-person event with a "virtual" online component. The evening speakers will join us in Burlington, presenting to those attending this event in person. This event will also be live-streamed over ZOOM to those tuning in online.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend in-person?
Yes, all attendees must be vaccinated.
